Weekly Update - MOVING, Bowling, Christmas Tree Magic

First things first... EVAN GOT ACCEPTED TO MED SCHOOL IN NORTH CAROLINA!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!! We are SO proud of him!

While we are still finalizing where we'll go, we're leaning towards North Carolina... which, in case you were wondering, takes one day and sixteen hours to get to driving NONSTOP from my parent's house...

Also...wouldn't the world be a happier place if we all responded to our reflection this way?!

Marli's had a bit of a cough/cold this week, and Grammy recommended broth in a sippy...BRILLIANT

She looks SO MUCH older to me when she's wearing pants and a shirt like a normal human...

On the morning of our big move this week, Marli puked. Of course, right?! Since Evan had already packed away the baking soda, I shuffled over to Trader Joes at 8am in my socks and slippers!

SO GRATEFUL for the chance we have to spend with family right now...especially if we really will be on the other side of the U.S. in 7 months...

Really seemed to get normal crawling down this week!

Oh the magic of a lighted Christmas tree...good thing Grammy blocked it off before our arrival!
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

After moving most of our things to Grammy and Grandpa's, Evan and I spent several evenings deep cleaning our apartment while Marli slept. McDonald's ice creams were necessary.

Grammy and a kitty came to hang out while I checked out of our apartment...

Marli LOVES to "help" in the kitchen lately...

The Miller's (Aunt Debbie) gave us this play Nativity set for our wedding, and I can't tell you how often I've envisioned this moment... this will be cherished for years to come!

Saturday football gaming!

Learning to maneuver eating utensils...

SO FUN to see Great Grandpa Moore this weekend!

Even got to go bowling! Grandpa (dad) got 6 strikes! SIX!

Classic Great Grandpa Moore pose...

Oh the joy of SOCKS! hahaha!

Old Town Sherwood Christmas Tree Lighting! We just went for the 30 second parade and free hot dogs and hot chocolate and cookies.

Figuring out her binky...

Can you BELIEVE it's December?! Looking forward to family time and celebrating Marli's First Christmas and NOT throwing up every time I eat!
